Secondary Broker Member
To become a member you must submit all of the appropriate paperwork and pay all dues and fees to the association. Paperwork may be mailed, faxed or delivered in person. Payment can be made with a check or credit card.
What dues and fees are there?
- The required dues and fees vary depending upon the services you need. Because those services are unique to each secondary broker, it is recommended that you contact the association to find out the exact dues necessary. Please e-mail spaar@spaar.com or call 651-776-6000.
- Full MLS access requires a $100 initiation fee, and then you will be billed $30 per month for the MLS.
What forms are needed?
All forms may be filled in online and then printed, faxed or mailed for processing. No membership will be processed without the submission of all the forms and fees. Please note that you will need your license number to complete the forms, and for the association to process your application.
