Secondary Appraiser Member To become a member you must submit all of the appropriate paperwork and pay all dues and fees to the association. Paperwork may be mailed, faxed or delivered in person. Payment can be made with a check or credit card.
If someone in your office is already an appraiser member, then you can sign up as a secondary member. You will need to enroll as a primary member if your office is not currently a member.
What dues and fees are there?
- You will pay dues for your membership based upon the time you join. You can choose to pay Affiliate or REALTOR dues.
- There is no initiation fee to use the MLS, and you will later be billed $30 per month for the MLS
- Supra DisplayKey dues are now prorated and billed annually. You can find a prorated schedule here.
What forms are needed?
All forms can be completed online and then printed, faxed or mailed for processing. No membership will be processed without the submission of all the forms and fees.
