Secondary Agent Member To become a member your broker must be a member of the association. You must also submit all of the appropriate paperwork and pay all dues and fees to the association. Paperwork may be mailed, faxed or delivered in person. Payment can be made with a check or credit card.
What dues and fees are there?
- You will pay dues for your membership based upon the time you join. You can view a complete dues schedule here.
- There is no initial fee to use the MLS, but you will later be billed $30 per month for the MLS
What forms are needed?
All forms can be completed online and then printed, faxed or mailed for processing. No membership will be processed without the submission of all the forms and fees. Please note that you will need your license number to complete the forms, and for the association to process your application.
