MLS Co-operative (MLS Co-op) The MLS Co-operative has launched! The MLS Co-op shares data from several Minnesota associations, including (but not limited to) Duluth, Faribault, Itasca, St. Cloud, and Twin Cities.
One big part of the Co-op is that it extends participating brokers' offer of cooperation and compensation beyond traditional association MLS boundaries.
But the real benefit is for the consumer. Sharing data in the Co-op allows sellers' property information to reach interested buyers all over the state of Minnesota. On the buyers side, they can work with a REALTOR whom they trust locally to get information on properties out of their local region.
