There are a number of important parts of the Super Key and lockbox with which you should be familiar.

This is a Supra lockbox, used to keep house keys secure.


Super Key - used to open the Supra lockbox


This is the shackle of the lockbox used to hang over the door handle of a property.  Each box has its own shackle code.


Once the lockbox is opened, the key container is revealed.  Inside are the house keys you need to gain access to a property.


The keychain in the key container should be removed completely to avoid jamming.


This is the back of the Super key, with the update number and key number that you will need when you call KIM.


This is the card issued with the Super key.  It has important phone numbers for updating the key and getting support.


This is the back of the Supra lockbox, where the serial number is located.  If you need to locate the owner of the box, the serial number is needed.
