Legal Hotline

The legal hotline is a service of the Minnesota Association of REALTORS.  They answer legal questions pertaining to your real estate transactions.

The hotline is only available to brokers, so if you are a licensed agent you must have your broker call with the question.

Unlicensed Assistants

According to the Minnesota Association of REALTORS, "an unlicensed person can now disclose all factual information regarding listed property so long as that information has been provided to that unlicensed person in written form or electronically by the broker representing or assisting the seller."
