Appraiser Member
To become a member you must submit all of the appropriate paperwork and pay all dues and fees to the association, and you must have an appraiser's license. Paperwork may be mailed, faxed or delivered in person.  Payment can be made with a check or credit card.

If someone in your office is already an appraiser, then you can sign up as a secondary member.

What dues and fees are there?

  • You will pay dues for your membership based upon the time you join.  You can choose to pay Affiliate or REALTOR dues.
  • There is a $100 initiation fee to use the MLS, and you will later be billed $30 per month for the MLS
  • You will be billed 127.80 + tax annually for your Supra Key lease. View a prorated schedule here. You must be present to sign the license agreement -- this will be done in the office after your application has been processed.
  • Lockboxes may be purchased for $85.00 + tax per box.

 All forms can be completed online and then printed, faxed or mailed for processing.  No membership will be processed without the submission of all the forms and fees.
