Broker Member
To become a member you must submit all of the appropriate paperwork and pay all dues and fees to the association. Paperwork may be mailed, faxed or delivered in person. Payment can be made with a check or credit card.
What dues and fees are there?
- You will pay dues for your membership based upon the time you join. You can view a complete dues schedule here.
- There is a $100 initiation fee to access the MLS and you will then be billed $30 per month for the MLS
- Your Supra Key lease is $127.80 + tax yearly. View a prorated schedule here. You must be present to receive your Key; upon receipt of your key, you will sign a license agreement.
- Lockboxes may be purchased for $85.00 + tax per box.
What forms are needed?
If you are a broker who plans to open your own MLS office, you must sign the agreement below. The letter accompanying the agreement summarizes the agreement and is for your records.

All forms can be completed online and then printed, faxed or mailed for processing. No membership will be processed without all the forms and fees. Please note that you will need your license number to complete the forms, and for the association to process your application.
