Allied Member To become a member you must submit all of the appropriate paperwork and pay all dues and fees to the association. paperwork may be mailed, faxed or delivered in person. Payment can be made with a check or credit card.
What dues and fees are there?
- You do not need to pay any dues
- There is a $100 initiation fee to access the MLS and you will then be billed $30 per month for the MLS
What forms are needed?
The letter below summarizes the RMLS Participant License and Access agreement and is for your records.
All forms can be completed online and then printed, faxed or mailed for processing. No membership will be processed without the submission of all the forms and fees.
Please note that you will need your license number to complete the forms, and for the association to process your application.
